Using fresh local produce that is in season, and produced within a few miles of the hotel, we create the very best of Northumbrian fayre for our visitors to enjoy – our hugely popular Sunday lunches for example are a testament to this.

Dine in our elegant Cheviot Restaurant which has a relaxing atmosphere overlooking our lovely gardens, or choose to dine in the Chillingham Room which adjoins the Copper Bar where you can meet and mix with the other guests.
